Yangjie Technology has recently launched an upgraded new product with a three-piece SMB lead frame design for the 5A series.

Compared with the traditional two-piece SMB package, it optimizes internal structural stress and adopts a large-matrix layout, featuring higher production efficiency and lower cost.

Its overall performance, including conventional electrical characteristics, high-temperature performance and heat dissipation capability, shows no obvious difference from the original version.

The product is widely used in various power supply applications.

• For the 5A series, the voltage coverage includes STD (50-1000V), FR (50-1000V) and SF (50-6000V).

• Adopts a three-piece structure to improve internal structural stress; the large matrix design boosts working efficiency.

• No obvious difference in conventional electrical performance, high-temperature performance and heat dissipation capability compared with the previous generation products.
