Yangje Technology has established a robust automotive-grade quality management system, certified to IATF 16949 and validated to AEC-Q100/Q101 reliability standards, with full in-house capabilities spanning chip design, wafer fabrication, and device packaging and testing. The company's automotive-grade trench MOSFETs are widely used in lighting control, air conditioning systems, and body electronics modules. SiC MOSFETs and power modules are being actively adopted in core power units such as main drive inverters, OBCs, and DC-DC converters, meeting the demands of 800V high-voltage platforms for high-efficiency, high-power-density devices.
