Featuring a proprietary topological structure, the module is applicable to cost-effective control architectures with single DC power supply and multi-axis output for servo inverter applications, delivering an excellent solution for system cost efficiency and compact design requirements.

The IGBT chip adopted in the product is built on a new-generation refined trench process platform, which greatly optimizes the on-state voltage drop of the device.The module adopts DBC insulated copper substrate technology, boasting high insulation performance, excellent thermal conductivity and robust mechanical structure, as well as outstanding heat dissipation capability.
