Yangjie Technology has recently launched a series of power transistors in the TO-220AB package. With a power dissipation of more than 1 Watt, these devices feature a larger size and thicker, stiffer electrode leads compared with conventional transistors.

They are well suited for high operating current scenarios and widely applied in electronic products, especially high-power consumption fields such as high-power power supplies and power amplifiers.
