Yangjie Technology has newly launched a lineup of N60V MOSFET products tailored for clean energy applications.

Adopting specially optimized SGT technology, these devices feature low on-resistance RDS(on) and gate charge Qg, which substantially reduce conduction and switching losses, while improving the surge current withstand capability of the MOSFET.
