Rectifier bridge design optimization New package: PB-A Back

Introduction Yangjie Technology recently launched a newnew PB-A design optimized package. Compared with the original PB package, it has an aluminum sheet attached to the back to assist in heat dissipation and optimize the appearance design of the product. The creepage distance is >4mm. The performance of the product series (conventional electrical performance, high-temperature performance, heat dissipation capacity) shows no significant difference compared with the previous product. It is widely used in markets such as frequency converters, charging piles, and air conditioners.

Features 1. The product series cover 25A to 50A and 50-1600V.
2. Adopt a newly designed appearance structure to increase the creepage distance of the product (> 4mm);
3.The back of the product is equipped with an aluminum sheet to assist in heat dissipation, significantly enhancing the heat dissipation performance.
4. There is no significant difference in conventional electrical performance, high-temperature performance and heat dissipation capacity compared with the previous product.
