Introduction With the growth of diversified demand in the downstream market, power discrete device packaging products are gradually developing in the direction of customization and specialization.Yangjie Technology has introduced TOLL packaged SiC MOSFET products that are ideal for high power, high current, high reliability and other application scenarios.

Features 1.High temperature resistance, operating temperature (175°C), excellent heat dissipation performance, excellent temperature rise performance, improve the reliability of the product;

2.Low package resistance, low parasitic inductance, excellent EMI performance; and has KS source, fast switching speed, low loss, suitable for high voltage and high frequency application conditions；

3.Compared to the TO-263 package, the PCB in the TOLL package takes up 30% less board area, 50% less height, and 60% less board space, making it more suitable for high power density applications.
