3, derating curve performance is good, derating inflection point temperature is high, for example, TO-252 package MUR520D conventional product (Tj=150℃) corresponding TC derating temperature is 130℃, new product (Tj=175℃) corresponding TC derating temperature can reach 150℃, meet the high temperature application environment.
