Yangjie Technology has newly released a new IGBT PIM module benchmarked against Infineon 7th-generation technology.

Adopting the latest 7th-generation micro-trench technology, this product features higher current output capability, lower power loss and higher operating junction temperature compared with traditional trench devices.

Verified by system-level application tests, its performance is highly equivalent to Infineon’s counterpart products.
