Yangjie Technology has recently launched a newly optimized PB-A package design. Compared with the original PB package, the PB-A features an aluminum-backed heatsink attached to the back for auxiliary heat dissipation, along with an improved product appearance. The creepage distance is >4mm. The product's key performance characteristics (including conventional electrical performance, high-temperature behavior, and thermal dissipation capability) show no significant difference from the previous version. It is widely used in markets such as frequency converters, charging piles, and air conditioners.
