Yangjie Technology has launched a special topology module based on the traditional Econo2 package, featuring a half-controlled rectification and braking circuit structure. This unique topology is well-suited for an economical control architecture in servo and frequency converter applications that uses a single DC power supply with multiple-axis output, providing an excellent solution for system cost-effectiveness and compact design requirements.
The IGBT chips used in the module are built on a next-generation fine-pitch trench process platform, significantly optimizing the device's conduction voltage drop (VCE(sat)). The module also adopts DBC insulation copper substrate technology, offering excellent insulation performance, high thermal conductivity, and strong mechanical structure, resulting in outstanding heat dissipation.
